I've sprained my foot...and teddy lazes around.
Which one is better anyway? Some are telling me to soak in hot water, others are saying putting ice is the best way. So I'm a little confused, do you put a hot compression, or a cold compression when you've sprained a muscle. Although I'm not sure exactly what is wrong with my foot. I know it hurts to walk, or to put my weight on it. And something inside is swollen. It's a little better now, but doesn't seem to heal. Any suggestions?
